I can't do this again. Maybe next year. People are too dug in, and they just watched a highly curated YouTube video 15 minutes ago with a POV, and it gets too personal. Being there and knowing many of those involved including people with the Ramseys that night I strongly believe it was an intruder. I've explained why for 15 years on here. The more reasons I've given for that the more people lose their shite and it just devolves into shitposting about Burke. I could be wrong. I hope it's solved but I don't have much hope sans a confession.

Ok now I'm very intrigued about your theory

You have a loose personal connection to this case?

I would very much respectfully like to hear your opinion, honestly.

When I die, I’ll be perfectly happy to pass into heaven and leave this world behind. There are just three things I really need to know.

1. Who really shot Kennedy and how big was the conspiracy?

2. Did he really get 81 million votes?

3. Who killed that little girl?

Go listen to the prosecutors podcast episodes on this case. The CBS documentary that made everyone believe the brother did was basically made up and super edited. The family sued CBS and won.

It seems like the intruder theory makes the most sense after the evidence was laid out without bias

I believe Patsy accidentally killed JBR and covered it up so the Dad didn’t know.

Burke did it. No question. I’m not going to restate what you typed, but I’ll add: A year or two before that he had hit JBR with a baseball bat. He had a fecal matter fetish so he wasn’t your normal kid. He had smeared his poop all over JBR Christmas candy and in the bathroom. His interviews after the incident are disturbing too. Look them up if you get a chance.

The family did not sue CBS and win. The family sued CBS and they settled outside of court. That’s not the same thing.

unbelievable that it has not been solved yet with advances in DNA technology.

The DNA proves the intruder theory, and clears the family. The Cops couldn’t find the killer, and those POSs tried to frame the family.

A former FBI profiler named John Douglas wrote a book, The Cases that haunt us, and determined it was an intruder.

How does this get explained if it wasn't an outsider? Has the DNA all tested to be the same person?

The unknown DNA doesn’t prove the intruder theory, but it points in that direction.

But if you buy the intruder theory, it’s hard to reconcile the ransom note. It makes zero sense. It’s also hard to reconcile the timeline of her injuries. The medical examiner believes she suffered the head injury 45 minutes to 2 hours before being strangled. It’s very hard to come up with a timeline that makes sense for the intruder theory.

Not to mention the suspicion cast on John and Patsy due to their changing stories. John initially said that when they arrived home from the party that Patsy and Burke went straight to bed and that he read to JonBenet in her bed. Later, both he and Patsy say that JonBenet fell asleep in the car on the way home and John carried her to her bed and put her down. There were clothes in JonBenet’s bed suggesting she may not have ever made it to her bed.

Patsy initially states that JonBenet was in a red turtleneck. In fact, JonBenet was in the same shirt she wore to the party. She was also wearing panties that were two sizes too big and a pair of Burke’s old long John’s.

Then you have Patsy’s conflicting statements on how and when she found the ransom letter.

None of it makes sense.

I agree it was Burke and the parents covered.

The note had a ransom amount similar to his bonus right? Not a coincidence. A number that he/she knew and came to her head when writing it.

pineapple was found in JonBenet's digestive system and it matched the pineapple found in the bowl in the Ramsey kitchen.

i have not followed or dug into this case at all, but how does this prove anything other than she ate something that was known to be in the house?

If memory serves, the theory behind that is she went to bed, he was eating, she came down and possibly took some causing the following encounter. All speculation. But I’d have to guess she was a little bratty with all her pageant crap and he likely was sick of the spoiled little sister. This was all on Christmas night i think.

1) I thought the intruder’s access to the unlocked windows in the basement was disproven because all the cobwebs were still intact? There were no signs around the small windows that someone shimmied through and down.

2) I thought the boot print on the door was linked to John’s daughter of a previous marriage?

3) For the DNA, didn’t someone say the minuscule DNA could’ve been from the poor sap who packaged it at the factory? Or really from anyone she came in contact?

I believe it has to do with the timeline and the state of digestion. They claim it was eaten an hour or two before she was murdered. Patsy claimed she was asleep on the way back from the party and was carried straight to bed upon return to the house. There was no pineapple at the party and Patsy said she didn’t feed her any that night. So who knew pineapple and milk was her favorite snack and fed it to her?

It was barely digested, showing she had eaten it hours before death.
Photographs from the kitchen on that day show a bowl of pineapple with a spoon left out.
Neither parent remembered serving her pineapple.
Burke's fingerprints were on the bowl.
Parents said that Burke slept the entire night and did not awaken until after police arrived.

So that raises the question of how she came to eat pineapple that night. Did an intruder take her to the kitchen to eat pineapple? Did she have an encounter with Burke in the kitchen that night?

The killer of the fitness instructor is known. The fat woman dressed in police gear didn’t kill her. She was simply looking out and providing footage. The fat woman’s husband killed bee right outside the door. The fat woman’s hubby and the fitness instructor were sleeping together. The fatty and hubby moved to New York shortly after.
