Gentlemen,
2 years ago today I was diagnosed with stage 1 testicular cancer. My cousin had suffered through stage 3, 3 years prior and my wife's cousin died from what started as testicular cancer 2 years prior. Since then, I started giving myself a self exam every week. I found carcinoma at stage 1 which damn near never happens. Through being vigilant, I avoided needing radiation and chemo.
A simple self exam can save your life. The link provided is from the testicular cancer society and explains how to perform a self exam. Perform one on yourself today! Ladies encourage the men in your life to check themselves or do it for them.
I went to the doctor today and am still CANCER FREE!
frick CANCER!
Self exam
ADMINS: If I need to change the title let me know.
ETA: Check step 3, my former GP told me I was feeling my epididymis when I was performing the self exam. It turned out that the tumor was between the epididymis and vas deferens. I insisted on going to a urologist which also saved my life.

I just went to the hospital for a minor torsion. Ball safety is paramount, luckily I didn't need surgery.

I'd get a PSA while you are at it.

You're lucky. I had a friend lose one from that.

Did everyone else have to watch the video in Junior high showing how to check themselves? All I remember was the guy had a micro peen.
