If this was a lynching, the local news would be ALL over it. They would be #1 topic in America, they could steal all of BR and Minnesotas press.
So i'd tend to believe the police report. I'm sure they sent some one and realized it won't get any clicks.
Sorry, but news is click and comment driven. More people clicking on their sites, making comments, the more cash they make.

Is it really awful of me that knowing what's going on across the country the last few years with race issues, that this poor guy (who had already decided at some point he wanted to take his life) decided to to it by hanging in an extremely public place with the intention of stirring shite up? I mean, why not just do it in your home unless you are trying to accomplish something or send a message?

AJC has a report of a homeless man found dead off of Piedmont Road. Wonder if that's the same thing and this was just misreported

Not to mention the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to be had from a story like what is being insinuated on twitter. Do the occupydems, BLM, SJW not understand how much money is made from controversy and that the media will over "report" for clicks and sales and notoriety? If ATL media isn't running with it then chances are it was A.) A suicide and/or B.) Not a black man.

Not many people at all in the park at night. I live a block away and go running around dusk all the time. Sometimes it'll be a bit later and aside from a few joggers (could be black, white, Asian, anyone) you'll have a few homeless or sketchy folks.

I was countering the idea that it white people are by far the majority.
They may be the majority, but at least for average days/events, I wouldn't call it overwhelming.
