I’m not an abortion drumming conservative but I do agree that people, in general, are tired of nothing being done to these loser protesters.

This type of shite would’ve stopped the riots of 2020 in the US.

So yes, if the government refuses to step in for activist situations like these, we need more old glorious bastards like this guy to take the trash out.

Govt are only reactive, they’re almost never proactive. So yes, this guy wins the award for frick around and find out and these protesters should qualify for the Darwin awards of 2023.

How long did it take between the shot fired and the road opening? It didn’t state in the article.

Never opened up for the baw that did the shooting. His wife was driving and refused to pull away before the cops came and got him.

The Men Who Wanted To Be Left Alone

I'm not condoning this man's actions, but this incident reminds me of a haunting quote attributed to the Soviet dissident Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, author of The Gulag Archipelago:

"The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left alone.

They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love.

They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be.

Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror.

TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy... but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone."

The difference is one is a baby that has no voice in the matter and the other is grown-arse "adults" deciding to block roads, impeding emergency vehicles and causing people to possibly lose their livelihoods, in the name of climate change while causing traffic jams resulting in more CO2 emissions than if they just let the cars go by while holding their stupid signs on the side.

They aren't protesting climate change. The mine actually mines copper for making batteries for teslas and other "renewable" energy sources

Knowing house arrest verses prison….. that’s one way to take care of people blocking roads illegally when the police don’t do crap about it.

So someone who supports abortion should be cool with killing undesirables, noted.

Does everyone really have that much confidence they are gonna give a "foreigner" a lighter punishment? Seems like that would just prolong the protests they are dealing with

Obviously in America we would just let him walk free after a 30 day holding period

He makes a good point. Abortion is really homicide.

Maybe the protestors are right and Panama's government is corrupt and deserved to be protested.

I’m sure their government is corrupt, just like every government around the world.

And it is a citizens right to protest… even though some of those “citizens” are paid to be there.

But, it doesn’t give them the right to impede regular peoples lives and create a scenario that could hold up any emergency services or just regular people going about their lives.

And since it’s obvious that law enforcement won’t do their jobs (likely due to corrupt politicians), inevitably regular citizens will. And it’s hard to blame them.

I disagree with this. Anyone who can murder 2 people in cold blood out of frustration and show no remorse is a psychopath. I've had many instances where people have frustrated me and took hours out of my day and I never considered shooting them.

Edit: except maybe as a joke to calm myself down.

You set the level of frustration someone needs to be at for someone to be blameless in shooting someone, and I'll show you someone who can get that angry over someone not calling them mam

Your inability to control your emotions does not make you less accountable for your actions.

Don't do it on the roadway...don't make it somebody else's problem to solve.
