Pro noun usage does not really add much value to communication processes beyond binary sex classification, unless you go woke and that determines whether you are an as.hole or not.
A leap forward would be to require instead, scholastic achievement [hs,college] and field of study, English, history, arts, chemistry, engineering, physics, medical, social etc. That would convey a lot of information about wither the person speaking or writing has a basic understanding of the fields basic concepts.
Compare Zir Fred Smith speaking about climate change, vs Fred Smith BSCHE vs Fred Smith BA Kinesiology . Which one might provide the more valid concepts regard climate .

How does one connect pronouns to the climate? Your statement is absurd.

your degree references suggest that you might be limited in the field of effective communication and falling back to derogatory input is expected

There are 10000 purple haired persons demonstrating for carbon elimination in Washington that are all very concerned about pronouns also and could ask that you be banished for using zir instead of zee.
Now if the news people writing about this event were required to tag their degree and field of study to their byline, how many would have a basic science back ground instead of journalism or critical race theory. The tag would simply indicate if it was a credible source.
Why do folks hesitate to tag their signatures with educational achievement ???

So are pronouns outdated and/or obsolete? Okay, so you’re saying we should not use them? I think that’s bullshite.

Only 1 pronoun required.
Call them all assholes.
If you holler, “hey a-hole”, they will look at you.
