her stand-up is generic "i'm so slutty" shlock that isnt remotely funny. in fact, she's basically a pretty Amy Schumer in that regard.

I don’t like her but I also don’t understand the hate being flung her way here. Isn’t this the best possible proof that the “haters” were 100% right and she was wrong?
As someone who also finds her “comedy” annoying af and rolls his eyes at the “body positivity” BS, I’m greatly enjoying the fact that such a public voice for that BS has proved now by her actions that it was indeed BS

Her special released after the Tom Brady roast was awful, and the bits and pieces I've heard from her podcast aren't very funny either. She's not very funny outside of roasts.
That Asian lady Ali Wong that got famous while she was pregnant is pretty funny though imo.

i think so too man. fricking with the way the body functions normally almost never works out well in the long run. maybe some people that take the drugs, lose weight, then stay thin through normal means will be ok, but these people that just stay on drugs in perpetuity, i just dont see how they arent damaging themselves.

I've heard of a lot of people with severe constipation so I'm guessing they're straining to a great degree and which will cause hemorrhoid clusters internal and external.

I had the pleasure (seriously!) of meeting her one time at Bender's. She's pretty chill. Was there by herself and just sat next to me at the bar. She wasn't "on" the whole time, or at all for that matter. Think she just legit wanted to decompress. We went on a tangent of what it would take to get cut off at a fancy airport lounge. Apparently she likes to take turns between bars to prevent that. Also loves paying for people's stuff at the front of a long concession line at a show to get her order in faster. I was like, shite, "ONE OF US, ONE OF US!" I know i love cracking the "would buy her a drink at X bar" joke here and i got to do that. After that chat, She's totally upgraded to fancy arse hotel bar status for life. Mostly because IRL she is pretty goddamn hysterical in a VERY self deprecating way.
