I find myself feeling very radicalized these days. I’m just becoming so angry that my quality of life feels like it has fallen dramatically compared to pre-COVID times and these government suits are to blame.

Steak prices are out of control, but they have always been high. What really distresses me is the high prices for formerly down market meats. Why is skirt steak, brisket, etc. so high? Chuck steak is almost $7/pound.

Find a local rancher and buy direct from them. That's what I do each year and it's cheap and delicious.
