Flew out of MSY on Southwest on Friday. I got the full NOLA experience. 20 kiosks, only 2 working, and only 3 people working the desk. I even got the rude TSA agents that were more concerned with talking to each other. It's amazing how this state can frick everything up.

If everything goes according to plan, they aren't terrible. If you need a change or accommodation for any reason (weather, business, etc), good luck to you. The worst part is that the employees don't seem to give a crap -- like, you are the problem for requesting the change. They couldn't be more different from Southwest.

TSA agents in NOLA are truly something special. I never know if they're going to ask for my boarding pass and id, or spicy or mild?

The way they had the security lines setup was fricking awful too. No clear signage as to what line is what. I've gone through a lot of airports but that one is one of the worst.
