We ordered most of out presents on Amazon and never had a single issue with delivery.

Sunday morning, day before Christmas, post office lady pulls into my driveway around 10:45. 6 boxes from Amazon delivered as promised.

Received all my shipments, no problems

I ordered a number of Hurricane supplies two weeks before Irma. I have prime. None showed until two weeks after the hurricane hit South Florida.

I've had 0 issues and I have ordered everything from Amazon. In fact I ordered a couple of things on Friday used standard shipping, because i don't need it for Christmas, and still had them delivered earlier today.

I've been bitching at them. They refunded my membership and the cost of the items that took to long so I'm willing to give them another chance but they're already late with another package. Really sucks because the were too good before. maybe that's the problem

I had multiple issues this year. I call every time, explain the frustration and they do their best to make it right. I understand if you can’t make it on time every time but I paid for that service and they seem to understand they messed up.

They failed on almost every delivery time for me and 2 packages lost before the carrier ever got it. Support consisted solely out of India where they just didn't give a frick.

Plus you have to watch and see if you are ordering from Prime or a third party seller. Two totally different things.

Ordered ONE thing last Monday through 2 day shipping.
It arrived today.
Very un-Amazon like

Only had a problem with one package. UPS tracking shows it was transferred to local post office & there's not a trace of it after that. It was supposed to arrive on the 11th.

Only time I have trouble with Amazon Prime is when they ship my items USPS. UPS always delivers on time. USPS is always late or delivers to the wrong address. Uncle Sam is better at selling stamps than delivering.

absofrickinglutely is on Amazon. They sold you Prime on two day shipping, they picked the carrier, and their carrier failed. If they know that it's not going to get there on time, they need to let their customers know up front so there's the option to pick the slower shipping and take Amazon's usual discount they give you when you willingly select regular shipping.
Hold their fricking feet to the fire. Their customer service is fantastic, but that doesn't mean they can promise and not deliver and they need to know we're pissed.
It’s incredibly rare they miss a date and I can’t say it’s ever been their fault... and they still make up for it 10 fold any time I report it.
When a company is both willing and eager to make up for issues regardless of fault- why should I hold their feet to the fire?
