What about a citizen of the united states that grew up in an abusive house hold, suffered from mental illness all their life and were never able to afford psychological help which then led to self destructive behaviors?
What if some people were born into such shitty circumstances that they never stood a chance? Would you say that the average country club kid had a better chance from the very beginning of life to succeed?
I'm not religious, but if Jesus Christ is looking down on you people from heaven, he is fricking disgusted by your mind sets and behavior. Its one thing to not want to share our money, I get that, but to come out and say that you don't give a shite that there are millions of Americans that are suffering from poverty, says more about you and your morals than anything else. End of story.

I’m pro choice and until today, haven’t wanted kids. I have managed not have any.. It’s not overly complicated to avoid having children. Just wear protection, and if you don’t, pull out early and spray tits.

Parable of the talents. Jesus is on the record for backing hardworking, thrifty investors who planned for their futures. At some point people have to take ownership over their own lives. Just as God grants us free will to choose Him, He also grants us agency over our own lives and decisions.

I do. Because unlike the US, most of the poor there are destined to be poor forever, regardless of their ambition and work ethic.
Also note I can see a completely lazy bum in the US and feel compassion for them without giving them my money or making excuses for their shitty behavior and actions.

Of course one has a better chance but they are both provided opportunity to an education and if the poor kid pays attention and graduates he had a good chance in life. He doesn't have to do any homework, just pay attention while at school and work hard while there, nothing more and he will graduate, prolly with a decent gpa also.
And nobody said poor people can't have sex, but if they can't live with the consequences then don't. Health clinic gives away free condoms so you don't have an argument here. Zero zilch nada. Plus condoms are what $3 for 3? Can't afford $3 a week? Well then put it in her arse or just get blow jobs or just pull out way ahead of time.
Or here is an idea, walk your arse down to the free health clinic and pick up the free condoms.
Quit making dumbass arguments trying to virtue signal.

Farmers in the Soviet Union worked on huge government farms, obviously. But each of them was given a small plot of land that they could use to grow crops and eat or sell at a farmers market. Those private plots made up 3% of the USSR's agricultural acreage. Those private plots made up 25% of all farm output.
Central planning is horribly inefficient always has been and always will be.

As a republican, I believe in personal responsibility. I believe in helping folks who have disabilities and people are down in their luck. But I believe in a handup and not a hand out. If you want to make your life better for you and your family, I will help you where I can. If you want to blame others for your irresponsible choices then we cannot deal.
Don’t bring kids into this world without having your own means to support them. And get a job counting rocks instead of looking for the government to give you something.

I’m pro-life, not opposed to birth control, and had an active sex life until becoming a father at age 29, married, and with a solid career going.

both parents have high school only education.. dad works 2 jobs... one at fedex and his own personal daytime business of driving heavy machinery... bought his own stuff... does his own work... works his own daytime hours...
they were married 5 years before having me to save up as part of their plan... i was blessed to go to private schools and never wanting for anything ... they instilled a need for higher education to continue the life I grew up with.. and I got my PhD at 25
