The whole "pinned down" narrative needs to die. As of now, it is clear Sterling's right arm was free.

Whether they showed up with weapons drawn or not, my point still stands. Take off your brown shades and look at the clear facts.

We don't know for sure if he had a gun, but he does have one, or means to one.

He has pictures on facebook of him and a gun.

And I bet that if they would have approached him with guns drawn, and shot him when he didn't immediately comply, you would be criticizing them and suggesting they should have chosen a different route. If you deny this, you're being completely disingenuous. You can at least admit to this, right?

How many times did they shoot this man on the ground.

I heard at least 4 fires, but heard possibly up to 6-7 times? I'm legit asking.

And this guy had resisted arrest with police before and was carrying a gun.. definitely an idiot.. probably thought he could put up another resistance again.. (stupid) but did they really need to fire that many into him when they seem to have pretty good position on top of him. They need to get those cuffs on that man. I'm not trying to have sympathy for this man because of his stupid actions.. I just hate such a final ending. One cop yells gun gun gun and then the firing begins.. could he have just seen the gun or assumed his movement meant he was going for it.. these are just some of the questions to know.. but again, people don't need to get offended for question the officer's actions for such a fatal outcome. It isn't personal at all.. Can't just take their word for gospel. Let's get all the facts here. Not just their account. They are probably justified.. Let's hope so.. and nothing wrong with constantly exploring alternative actions for a less fatal outcome to arrogant idiots.

Doesn't matter. He's quick to cast the dye and then doesn't want to wear the shirt. The clown's entire motif is to come onto this forum to spew his idiot BLM propaganda.

You sure you watched that video. His right hand has been clearly shown as up around his chest. The officer losing his grip and his hand going along his right side. Not one view has shown it behind his back. Sir

Put your arm to your side and think about where it falls on your thigh. Guess where his pocket is?

Quote from CNN anchor and Baton Rouge native Don Lemon:

"He may have been carrying the gun because he didn't feel safe in that area."

And he was such a nice guy and never in any trouble.

Also his aunt said he had a cell phone in his pocket, not a gun. And the police kilt him to plant a gun.
