After 26 yeara, I accrue a little over two days PTO a month, a week sick leave, a floating holiday and traditional holidays. Also 80 hours Covid related leave.

Did he get “lost” and just happen to end up at some gay clubs?

With the standard PTO and floating holidays (BDay, 1st day of school, etc) it’s around 23 days per year.

I get 240 hours of vacation and 96 hours of sick a year. I also get 6 weeks of paid parental leave when I have a kid. Plus two floating holidays on top of the 8 we get paid for.

I get 6 weeks pto, but my boss lives in Houston so really I only take pto when I know I’ll be out of pocket. In reality I take 3 days off a week.

We don't have a specific limit where I work. Sometimes I'll enforce rules about advance notice, but there are no specific policies about how much someone can take.

The flip side of this is that we'll never pay out accumulated PTO when someone leaves the company.

Over 10 hours every two weeks. Max balance of 500. I'm at about 450 or more balance. I need to take more.

Plus all the usual holidays.

I don’t really know, I usually just save the max and roll it over to the next year.

We get two weeks off that don’t apply to pto or holidays as well.

Been where I'm at 3 years, I get 32ish days (I think just over)

Will get 40 at 10 years, so looking forward to that

You can cash out 2 weeks worth of time off at the end of the year for a "bonus" if you wish as well. (and can use up to 180 days upon retirement)

I think the max is 2 days per paycheck after 20 years, so 52 days in total by then.

No idea what I get per paycheck, but I get the standard 8 holidays, 40 hours of PTO and 80 hours of vacation a year. PTO does not roll over, vacation capped at 160 hours.

Not liking homosexuals also doesn’t mean a person is homosexual.

I get 25 official vacation days annually. But I’m salary based and can “work from home” pretty much whenever I like. If you see me post one of my “Vader’s Model Desk” threads on a Friday, chances are that’s what I’ve done on that particular day.
