I get 23 days per year and like 9 holidays. And they generally don’t GAF where I am. Been there 5 years.

I’ve been retired over 10 years now but I worked 20 years before I got 5 weeks vacation and then another week after 25 years. By then, I was selling a week back each year for some extra “ go to hell“ money.

so I have a ton of days built up

Same...I've probably got 70-80 days saved up across leave and vacation.

We have a ton of holidays and work 4x10 during the summer (Fridays off) so a bunch of the days I would take off are already given to me.

Work remote for a corporation. You have every day off except for a few emails and other random tasks.

My PTO rate sucks, but I have a 4 day work week with a 3 week rotation of MWF off. Four 10 hour days with an hour lunch. I can move my day off during the week to any day I want with about a month's notice. The natural off day rotation gives me a regular 4 day weekend, which let's me take a 5 day trip on 8 hours of pto. I'm very happy with it

I get 240 hrs, 11 paid holidays, and 3 additional floating days per yesr. I can roll 120 hrs over to the next year.

This. But the flip side is I'm never really off. With a phone/email it's a 365 day a year gig.

Yep, My former boss who is a good friend of mine, has unlimited PTO, and he doesn't get to take off very often. He took off more time when he had 5 weeks or whatever it was.

I get 27 days a year of vacation. I’ve worked shift for 22 years so have a fair amount of time off.

As a business owner, I have as much time as I’m willing to be away, which is not very easy

The vendor I work the most with at work has unlimited PTO. I have a few good work acquaintances there and they both say they preferred a set amount of days and that you feel guilty like you are abusing it if you take too much time off. Also don't get paid for it if you leave the company.

I get 120 hours a year of pto and another 72 hours of holidays per year. Not sure what that works out to be per week (pay period).

I’m a superintendent so I also can bill a full day if I am off and keep my phone on and take calls.

Everyone I know that has "unlimited PTO" doesn't like it.
thats not uncommon. People also tend to take less time in these set ups then those being given a set amount of time
