I think we have all gone to Bourbon street...there have been many crimes there. But everyone I know that goes makes absolutley sure they don't venture a few blocks off of Bourbon where the criminals live...i guess that is bad logic for you?

Is anyone watching Kiran Chawla's livestream interview with the owner of The Shed??? Holy shite, he's destroying SWB and the Chief of Police.
After they pulled him away from the interview earlier, they sat with him and SWB accused him of recording her. He had to prove he wasn't. Chief Paul told him he believes the witness doesn't even exist. He has the witness's name and phone number, spoke to him a little while ago, and just demanded that Murphy Paul and SWB call him so he can give them the witness's name and number.
Now she's interviewing Paul Rice himself.
After they pulled him away from the interview earlier, they sat with him and SWB accused him of recording her. He had to prove he wasn't. Chief Paul told him he believes the witness doesn't even exist. He has the witness's name and phone number, spoke to him a little while ago, and just demanded that Murphy Paul and SWB call him so he can give them the witness's name and number.
Now she's interviewing Paul Rice himself.

I feel so bad for the father and the position he’s in. But if they told him the witness that he’s talked to doesn’t even exist then they aren’t doing everything they can to solve the case. I think they’re letting their relationship with Kiran get in the way.

Yes but it goes beyond that.
They probably figure that this is going to blow up on them one way or another and not being able to find the perp is better for them than having it come out that they had been caught and released 20 times or got a Covid release in 2019.

It’s really ridiculous that the other media outlets in BR are taking swipes at Kiran during their 5PM broadcasts about the existence of the witness and they are more concerned with the optics of them being seen to be supporting SWB and MP than they are in investigating and reporting facts. What makes it even dumber is after you watch that interview with Kiran and hear what is said about that topic.

Shake my head. What is going on? If he said he has talked to that witness and doesn't believe him that's one thing. But it sounds like they haven't followed up with the witness.
Also...with news the reward is getting bigger, have we discovered how to donate yet?

As creditable as Kiran is, I have a hard time believing this witness doesn't exist. They are trying to discredit her.
So they are not even willing to talk to the witness? That witness should be top priority. Personally, I think what he said raise some flags and the fact that there is a report on what he said, they should have had him in as soon as that report came out because if what he said is true that's the biggest lead they will have.
If there is something else going on involving the witness, you have a report and you can see if his story changes. To flat out ignore it is the dumbest fricking thing ever and there is no way MP should be chief of police. But of course he is only doing what SWB tells him because she pulls his strings.
If he had any balls he would quit. But he can't do anything without SWB telling him what to do. He is SWBs bitch.
