The caliber would be a big clue combined with the assumption of emptying the magazine. Using that as an assumption, the model wouldn’t be difficult to determine.

I know the narrative is obviously some sort of thug. It very may be exactly that. But to think about an ambush at a crossing like that and just Bonham on an unsuspecting female victim, shouldn't we consider a maniac ala Son of Sam? Catching coeds in an ambush seems like either a snap decision to carjack her, like some have proposed, or a psycho out hunting someone. Perhaps someone who knew her and her habits?

The SoS was in a highly populated area where people walked everywhere. Very easy to operate while looking for kills of opportunity.
Some random trying that in the Baton Rouge “burbs” would kinda stand out and not be very efficient

I get the sentiment. But no you wouldn’t. What resources would you have to identify the perpetrator?
We need to demand our police force do their job and our justice system holds the guilty party accountable. I definitely hope for swift justice in this case.

What would happen if a bunch of men with daughters banded together and hunted BR gangs? What if they eliminated 50-100 bangers? What would be public opinion? What would the narrative in the paper? Could you even find a jury to convict if they were caught? Would the public even want them caught? Pondering with whiskey before kickoff.
