Yea, just ashamed. Think this is going to be a cold case for years if not more.

No, repeat no, excuse for this BS.

Bet they’re chasing leads as we speak. Sure.

It's pretty clear there was no real evidence so there are no leads. It happens. I'm not one to defend BR or its political infrastructure, but you can't blame BRPD for getting a stone cold whodunnit with no evidence.

Their only chance is someone gets popped for something else and makes a deal for information.

Unfortunately many people think filling out a Form 4473 at a gun store is registering.

Killing another human being just for the sport of it. Sad.

I would bet good money that these thugs were repeat offenders that should have been locked up long ago, but were let off after multiple chances for felonious crimes by the failed criminal justice system of Baton Rouge.

Even if there were eyewitnesses to the homicide, there’s no way anyone in those shithole neighborhoods that surround the scene of the homicide would ever do the right thing and speak up to BRPD as a witness. Someone saw the thugs leave the scene of the homicide and they certainly live in the area.

Yes I can. If you don’t get the results you seek at first, keep seeking.

Instead, I believe they are just sitting around waiting for someone to call in and say “so-and-so did it”.

Which is what they did a few years ago on a high profile case, I don’t recall which, and they went on tv and claimed after tireless investigation,, they solved the case (when the perpetrator walked in and said “I did it”).

If there is literally no evidence, then it's not absurd that there are no leads.

It sucks, but sometimes this happens.

How do you find a lead without evidence?

As it has been stated multiple times in this thread, it will take a lot of luck (up to and including an admission of guilt) to solve this one.
