A DOZEN shots = not a revolver.
Means there'd be brass all over the ground, which was confirmed by the photo above.

Someone who lives nearby told WBRZ on Friday they heard gunshots as the train was passing through. Glass and other markings at the scene suggested Rice's vehicle was turning around when someone fired through her windshield.
I'm not buying the gangbanger shooter loaded up his weapon using surgical gloves.
Again, why not solve this crime like they solved the other crime?
Something is odd here.

This senseless tragedy could have been merely about the French Fries.
Had a guy get out of a car at a red light and pull on my door handle, once, saying
“gimme summa dat chicken “ that I was eating. Then the light in their lane turned green and he jumped back into the backseat of their Explorer and sped off, just as I was reaching.
It probably wasn’t about the fries, but that’s how little regard they have for the rights, or lives of others.

Unlikely to be a professional hit as they almost always use revolvers to not allow shell casings to be found, but they do always wear gloves, so maybe a hit designed to look like a incident of random violence using a gun that would be typically used by gang bangers. Was it a 9 mm?

I'd heard something similar about the case recently from a friend with LE ties. Basically a key piece of evidence that really would have solidified an arrest couldn't be obtained.

Likely scenario:
2 juveniles tried to carjack her. She tried to drive away and they killed her. Fingerprints recovered from the casings but don’t match anything in the system. So someone needs to flip on these killers or they will commit another crime and be charged when their fingerprints come up as a match.

Look at the 2 rape cases Washington committed in the Brooks case nobody cared about until Brooks died.
Evidence is there. Something else is going on here.
D.A. is a white dude D.A. in a majority black town. He's walking on eggshells.
All the evidence should be made public at this point because the police is getting nowhere. For a reason.

One of those cases wasn't even EBR Parish.
In both cases, the VICTIM came forward more strongly after his name was released in that incident.

unfortunately this will stay a cold case
