They obtained warrants for Kohberger’s phone records after they obtained his DNA from the knife sheath
They can’t narrow the suspects by obtaining records from everyone in the area of Allie’s murder without more evidence identifying a particular person from my understanding

I spoke to a cop friend last week about this case. He’s not on the case but says he thinks it was random and they won’t find who did it unless someone talks

So basically a random hate crime, like we've known all along.

Not every murder gets solved.
No, this isn’t justification, but it’s the truth.

The data is there. Someone needs to go get it and narrow down the likely suspects in that area that time that night.
This is BRPD’s jurisdiction. They don’t have DBA’s or anyone in that organization that possesses the skillset to aggregate, compile, and model sophisticated data sets, let alone anyone who could handle over a terabyte of cell phone data. You need a specialist who is highly proficient in SQL, and Python. This is way beyond BRPD’s capabilities.

Funny because I talked to BR cold case homicide detective that said they think the house right there probably knows something but they will not talk. He thinks they know more than they are saying but will never admit or rat anyone out. They can’t prove it but believe that house knows more than they are saying. Just sad.

Does anyone know BRPD‘s solve rate for homicides?

BRPB is fricking GARBAGE.

I don't but seriously, if I had to guess, it is probably a lot lower under SWB. I wouldn't be surprised if it is shockingly lower just because the lack of man power. That's the number I wish we were able to see. A capacity rate of some time to show how many jobs are filled, how many police, detectives, etc position they have, how many are filled, etc.
I think I read something a year or so ago that said BRPD has lost 30% of its policemen since 2020 or something like that.

I am not being a dick, but what is he basing this off of? If they think someone in that house knows something, you telling me they can't get them to talk?
What I am saying is.. Okay, they know someone in that house likely holds the key to them solving a case and they can't be a little creative in finding a reason to arrest someone who lives there and just hammer at it?
I still find the situation a little strange. This is just my opinion, but I just think things were a little to clean for it to be a "crime of opportunity". I know everyone has their mind made up and it might be some thug who rolled up, shot and took off. I know people will be pissed because its MY OPINION, but I think there is more at play.

maybe one of these guys knows somebody who knows somebody who heard who is responsible for Allison's case and they will use that to get a downgrade

Day 150. Where you at, BRPD?

Does anyone know exactly what SUV she was driving? Was it a Hyundai or a KIA?

What's the reward money up to? Haven't heard anything after it reached $50k. Was hoping it would be six figures by now to make someone talk.
