saw that dude at the same intersection Monday evening about 6:30 PM. He passed up my car and went to do the woman's car behind me. Maybe because he feels women are more inclined to pay. Something is going to happen with him. Messing with people's cars without their permission is asking for trouble.

To me, Annie did a good job pointing out Baton Rouge's crime problem and this administrations soft on crime stance.
She did mention that Allie was shot thru the windshield. Maybe I misread, but I thought the shoots where thru the drivers side and/or passenger side windows. Not from the front like Annie is stating in her video. This would make more sense tho due to the bullets hitting Allie in the arms and chest.

How do you go about having a police department investigated? I believe there is a criminal element inside BRPD working with the gangs and if they don't want something done it doesn't get done.

Officially, FBI or state police would probably be involved.
Problem is that the FBI is too busy trying to claim half the country showed up on Jan 6 and State Police are having their own corruption issues.
