Just the idea that there are posters here who, after watching that video, can come to the defense of those two pieces of trash is alarming and disturbing.

I possess the mental capabilities to read the statute and understand the elements of it. I don't claim to have any "authority" over the case, but I can tell you from their own police statements that they do not meet the elements needed to prove their defense. Only way that is not a fact is if they lied to the police in their statements, which presents a whole new can of worms.
