Supernova in the east part II
quote:

The Asia-Pacific War of 1937-1945 has deep roots. It also involves a Japanese society that’s been called one of the most distinctive on Earth. If there were a Japanese version of Captain America, this would be his origin story.

It opens with the Rape of Nanking...so you know it’s gonna be intense

Probably gonna get a good bit on this

And well...I can guess how it ends

Enjoy

The topics are good. I enjoy the delivery. I just don't have that long of an attention span.

Break up the episodes into 1 hour chapters. All that I ask.

At the rate Carlin covers time. I highly doubt he gets to Kamikaze in this episode. The tactic didn’t come until late 1944.

I routinely have 1-3 hour drives. These small audio books are god sends and I love the fact that there are no commercials. To each his own but I honestly hate short podcasts
