The day Disney opened reservations to the general public, she was on the website trying to book cabins.
Mickey, Minnie and Disney Cruise Lines headed to N.O. port for first time
“It sold out in one hour. The whole cruise,” she said. “It just shows you how eager people are to cruise local.”

As much shite as Disney World trips get on here, the Disney cruises are pretty legit IMO

The Disney Cruise I went out was a wonderful experience

Based on how much the weirdos on this site love Disney this is not surprising news.

I’m doing the NCL Breakaway in Jan. It’s only here for a few months . Priced out the riff raff and don’t have to fly to Fla.

Disney cruises are the real deal. This ain’t Carnival. NCL I also hear is really nice.

Disney Cruises are nice.
Just a much higher price than Carnival and others.

Your link says only the first scheduled N.O. Disney cruise sold out in an hour not “all” Disney cruises.

On a ship that doesn’t smell the back of a Greyhound bus.

I haven't been on a Disney cruise, but I can say that Carnival cruises are garbage.

It sold out quickly, but a lot of rooms became available because people didn’t pay deposits. There are probably some available. Price point prices out the trash usually. I think our 7 day out of New Orleans was around 6k.

Your other option is Carnival.

6k per person would keep the trash out. I’d consider that

If I’m spending 24k on a vacation it certainly ain’t gonna be on a boat filled with mouth breathers.

You can book a Disney cruise for family of 4 out of New Orleans right now out for $3200 total.

Y’all have fun “cruising” in the Gulf.
Admittedly it’s better than Golden Corral/Carnival shitshow but still a pass from me.
I’d rather get on a big silver bird at MSY, connect somewhere and walk off the plane in Cayman or T&C within six hours.
Personal choice.

FIFY.

At 6k per person I’m not looking at a cruise. Currently, a Disney Cruise is the way to go with toddlers though. You can pay about 3k a person for a concierge suite, but we won’t be in the room much anyway. Seems wasteful. The cruise also beats going to the parks since the kids are too young for rides and whatnot.

$30K for a family of five lol?!?!?!
You could easily go to Europe for half that.
