According to the Louisiana Department of Health, about 22,000 people live with HIV or AIDS in Louisiana, with 25% of those people living in Baton Rouge.

You don't know that condoms pretty much prevent STD;s, including Aids?
And Walgreens and Walmart have them locked up so you actually have to pay for them.

Everyone is aware. Everyone has known what causes HIV for 40 years.
Anyone who gets it, outside of a blood transfusion or some other weird situation, is an idiot and deserves it.

In the 80s, any call for the "gay community" to curb behavior was met with cries of "homophobia." Some people just dont believe they need to take responsibility for themselves.
