And I'm constantly stunned how this generation isn't using condoms. Do they have any idea how high the STD rate at LSU is?
And many girls aren;t even on birth control.
And even worse, with the new trend of White college age Girls "blacking". Aids is gonna start making comeback in the white population in Baton Rouge;

It may start with “them” but how long before it leaks into your community when it’s right there just across Florida Blvd or whatever. I’d be ok with a few of my tax dollars going to provide condoms for people willing to wear them.
