Guily as well correct? A proper person would never push someone off a ledge before properly inspecting the others harness right?
You forgot:
There were already a couple incidents on the set when a harness was improperly attached, and failed.
There were also other indications the stunt coordinator was incompetent; the stunt coordinator was loaning the harness out to a local amusement park and not checking it when it was returned.
The stunt coordinator wasn't on the set at all at the time, it was an assistant director (not a stunt expert) who said "good to go." Safety rules were that the stunt coordinator should be on the set and personally check things before the stunt was done. The actor knew the stunt coordinator wasn't there.
The stunt was supposed to be done with a safety mat under the actor who was pushed, just in case the harness failed. But, the pushing actor pushed before he was told to and before the mat was in place. He says it was by accident, but he definitely did push the other actor.
Yes, guilty of criminal negligence.

Hope Alec’s Spanish wife is handling this well

This case is teetering on the edge of a dismissal due to an alleged Brady violation on behalf of the prosecution.

He can't have a drink? That just seems punitive and irrelevant.

It's a pretty typical condition of release.
He doesn't have to accept those term

Looks like this case is going to a settlement or mistral in about 45 minutes. The defense destroyed the police on handling some evidence that was received of ammo that matched the bullet that killed Halayna. They took the evidence but filed it under a different case number with a separate report a month after receiving it. Then when the defense asked for "all ammunition related to the Rust case" they pretended they didn't know about it since it was under a different case number.

Even if he is found guilty, he won’t face any real consequences. Probably house arrest in a $20,000,000 mansion.

It was just testified by the lead detective that the decision to put the ammo evidence under a different case # was in part made by and agreed to by the lead prosecutor.
Just yesterday she was loud saying that she never "saw" the ammo and never "saw" the report. Of course she knew about it.

Now the prosecutor is testifying after a break. Earlier the prosecutor offered "I can testify" and the judge very curtly replied "You will."

I’m not sure if he’s guilty… did he close all of his leads?

Dismissed with Prejudice!

It’s too bad Trump can’t stoop to Baldwin’s level and call him a murderer every day.
..because that would happen every day if the roles were reversed.

I’m hearing without prejudice.

It was definitely WITH PREJUDICE. Cannot be tried again. The prosecutor was involved in trying to hide evidence. The judge ripped her a new one. I'm not sure, but I think the asst pros quit the case this morning when this stuff came up.

I fricking hate him, but GOOD! The trial and prosecutor were a joke. It's no different than what they did to Trump

I have always said he wasn’t guilty of murder, and probably not even manslaughter. However, Baldwin hired that incompetent weapons master. He, the weapons master, the producers, and the studio should lose millions in a wrongful death suit. The award should be something in the neighborhood of what E Jean Carroll got.

I would say it’s a false equivalency, it takes more expertise to tell if a harness is safe than to simply check each chamber. Not to mention, anyone who handles a gun should have some basic knowledge of gun safety which takes about 2 minutes to learn.

Heard he was killing it on the set
