It's the governments creation. Destroy the black family via drugs and economic depravity while maintaining the cycle through lack of education. Everything you see in the black community can be traced to this.

this might explain why maybe half the graduating classes of inner-city schools don't receive full rides to Ivy League schools. But you can't blame anyone else except the kids and families why they are failing public schools. As long as you do,you are just as much a part of the problem.

When people continue to look at social problems as if they are math problems we will never find the correct solution. That is why our justice system has some many flaws, it is too black and white. I never said these parents don't share any of the blame but they are not solely the problem.

At a substantially lower rate both as a percentage of population and in total numbers than unarmed whites are being killed by the same police.
