To disagree means that the officer shot him because he just wanted to shoot someone (or that person specifically). Is that what you're telling me?

Who knows? Maybe he did feel like it. Can you prove otherwise?

Why is the cop asking to see hands the second he pulls up? The cop was on edge from the get go

So using that logic, should other people get shot for carrying wallets around in everyday use? I mean on first glance it could be a gun. Right?

also, you keep using the term "logical" incorrectly.

No, that's a logical fallacy so there is no reason to argue it.

which is completely illogical considering it was a fender bender in which the victim CALLED THE COPS HIMSELF

That the black object (a wallet) was a threat?

Would you not wait in your car on the side of the road and get out when the cop arrived?

Either that or I would be standing off to the passenger side of my vehicle. I can't tell if the road is wet or not so if it had been raining it makes sense to be in the car. Even so I don't think anyone thinks the cop will be drawing down on them when they exit a vehicle during an accident.

What pisses me off worse than anything is the fact they just let him lay there, and made no attempt to slow the bleeding. If you made a mistake and see the person isn't armed, it seems you should do everything in your power to make sure they survive. Luckily he did, but no because of the cop's effort.

No one knows, so one must make a logical (natural or sensible given the circumstances) assertion.

Do you think "he just felt like it" is the most logical (natural or sensible given the circumstances) conclusion to arrive at? I'm not starting my claim as fact so it requires no proof. I'm only stating that it's the most logical claim one can arrive at given the circumstances.

That might change if they knew they could be legally shot for doing so.

I have an idea. Don't exit your car like a bat outa hell
He had to try 3 times to get the door open, not exactly like a "bat out of hell"

So if I am holding a wallet in front of a co-worker and holding a wallet in front of a cop, you think one is more dangerous than the other for me?

He shares some responsibility here.
He shares zero responsibility for getting shot.

That's 100% on the cop.

so shooting someone because you mistake their wallet for a gun is sensible?
