Alabama cops shoots man exiting his vehicle with his wallet

Certainly not the smartest thing to do at night, but that's a major frickup on the cop's part.

People are really bad at getting pulled over and being arrested.
I have an idea. Don't exit your car like a bat outa hell when you're pulled over for a traffic stop. Basically don't act retarded and you'll be fine. Jumping out of your vehicle in the middle of the night with something black in your hand isn't the smartest move. If you're arrested by a dumb cop for no reason, you have a better chance of fighting it and pleading your case to a judge after the fact. That doesn't make it right, but acting like an idiot still isn't a smart move.

first thing when you get pulled over do not get out of your car unless they told to do so. also do so with slowly with your hands up.

Would you rather deal with them in the most logical way possible, by not giving them a reason to shoot you, or would you rather get shot by dumb cops?
I'd rather deal with dumb cops by not getting shot. But that's just me.

He wasn't pulled over. It was a traffic accident. The cop was just now getting there.
