The smoke-free public beach in Alabama is part of an ordinance that also bans pets, fireworks, alcoholic beverages, open fires, drones, and laser pointers. The ordinance makes exceptions for service animals

I do. I don’t like sitting on top of other people so I’ll walk further down the beach to set up shop. If I were to bother someone come say something and I’ll walk further down the beach to burn one. No one has ever said anything though.

Thank you. The wind is blowing. You really don’t have to take much effort.

That's sucks. I always enjoyed laying out in the sun on top of a mountain of cigarette butts.

I think the alcohol thing has been around for a few years. It's the law year round, but my understanding is they only strictly enforce it if you make a scene and during spring break.

You got nothing to worry about baw. The ordinance that bans smoking also bans alcoholic beverages.

Solid contribution.

Since smokers are a smaller portion of beach-goers, let us go ahead ban and enforce THEIR vice, but not my drinking, and my having to lay on top of a mountain of Bud Light bottles.

excellent.

i'm all about one's free to suck down their cigarettes, i typically enjoy cigars/vape my ganj when @ beach.

if you visit the beach, you'll always find some dumb frick's pile of butts they left in the sand. some perhaps smart as a cat and buried their shite in the sand. same fricks that thrown their 44oz cup out the "winder" while driving.
