Two references of Michael Jackson thus far.

Do they not know he was a child molester?

Oh wait, there's a commonality there.

I love how they complain about the lack of job opportunities yet turn around and boycott businesses that offer those opportunities.

Does that include boycotting those spinning rims?

Pastor just said, "I've got about three more minutes but I could write a check if I have too."

Why is this even a thing?

1 - very few are actually going to do it.
2 - people participating will eventually have to by food
3 - people boycotting non food businesses are going to wind up buying whatever item a few weeks from now anyway

You're literally changing nothing, except providing the state with sales tax revenue 1-2 weeks later than you would have.

Sharpton also said, "This young man should not be here at his own funeral"... ...which was met with resounding applause.

Pulled from the Political Talk board.

And for those of you wanting to know, the "wake" is winding down. The choir and organist did a phenomenal job. Several times while listening to this celebration of life on my bluetooth speaker, I felt like I was at Wrigley Field, watching the Cubbies play, enjoying a cold brew-ski and Chicago Dog.

I feel bad for the reporter having to transcribe it all. Spell check be damned.
