Just black folks or everyone? I mean, I'm certainly not going to penalize Mary Lee Donuts tomorrow because a guy I don't know was killed by someone not affiliated with Mary Lee (although maybe you could argue the cops are loosely affiliated with Mary Lee)

That aside, assuming he is just talking about black people, and assuming they actually followed through on the "call to inaction", I think this would completely backfire. All it would do is show their buying and economic influence is very small, if not largely non-existent.
