You sound like a guy that’s been kicked out of a Chili’s once or twice

Shorts are fine.
For you sure. I'll be in pants and foot covering shoes so I don't have to come into contact with your disgusting leftover arse.

I just got off a flight where they moved a couple and their baby to the front, while three guys went to the back for "balance and weight issues."
Do you think planes don’t utilize a weight and balance calculation for safe operations?
The average adult weight used is 190lbs and average child weight is 82lbs. That’s a 78lb difference. If a flight is out of w&b limits it isn’t “legal”. Switching two adults and a child for 3 adults would absolutely make a difference.

Then you have the people who stand up and grab their carry-on the moment the plane gets to the gate. Sit your dumb arse down.
So you’re the dipshit that stays seating while everyone deplanes and then stand up when your row is exiting and spend 5 minutes trying to pull your carryon out and then pack your headphones and charging devices while blocking everyone else from getting off the plane?

Thinks he's a travel expert but doesnt have clear, tsa pre or global entry.
I fly internationally 6-7 round trips per year and domestically 7-8 times usually. If you’re flying out of a small airport like Baton Rouge then all of those things are a waste of time and money. Going through either security line at BTR take the same amount of time. Coming through customs in ATL I normally get through faster than most global precheck people. It helps that I fly business so I beat the rest of the plane to the customs area. But even that doesn’t matter because you have get your bag and recheck it for your connecting flight.

Sitting at home with Covid. 100% from my flight. I guess I’m the dumb one for not wearing a mask. Airports are just filled with nasty people.

Yep. Board back to front by rows, would be so much quicker and easier.
You'll board after your betters, peasant.

For most people air travel is an uncommon thing so they don't know what to do.

This would be fine, but let's face it, most people can't do this in a timely manner. They somehow have two wheelie carry-ons, a shoulder bag, and a laptop bag. They have to pull the wheelies down, pull up the handles, slip the laptop bag down over one of the handles, get their shoulder bag situated, and strategically place their wheelies so that they can be wheeled out. That process always takes three times longer than it should.
All the while I'm standing behind them with my one or two hand-helds waiting for them to get going.

Almost as bad as the people who push forward from the back of the plane cutting others.
One of the best plane interactions I’ve personally seen was a dude who intentionally blocked the aisle and a woman from doing it and she was pissed. She cut him eyes and he took his headphones off and said real loud, “Can I help you with something sweetheart? You look like you’ve been sucking on a lemon.” She didn’t find it amusing but everyone else did.

Have you ever left San Diego mid afternoon on a July day, and landed in Phoenix an hour later?
Obviously, your dumb arse has not.

I wouldn't contemplate it. Easy decision.
Let's say it takes an hour to get to the airport. You're supposed to be there, what, 2 hours before flight time? You're 3 hours in. You have a connection. Each flight is 1 hour, with a 1 hour layover in between. And you have to share normal-human-seats with American lardasses.
Then you wait an hour on your checked bags and getting a ride share.
That's like 7 hours right? ASSUMING no delays.
To hell with it. I'm driving.
