What people pass on as art these days, I would say this is a pretty bad arse picture no matter how it was created.
Plus, AI just translated the artist's words into a picture. Isn't that art within itself? And was there any rules stating this could be done? If not, they can complain all they want.

I went to an art museum last week. That painting would have easily been the best painting I saw.

Hugh Howey wrote a short story called The Plagiarist. The idea isn't new. A digital simulation is created and it runs at multiple times the speed of real life.
You mine the creative/scientific/societal ideas out of that world until you end it in cataclysm and start over.
Another play on whether we're in a simulation etc.
Good reads from him. WOOL is a great series.
