He is the chief law enforcement officer of the state. How much longer will he continue to allow the pastor of Life Tabernacle church in Central to defy state mandates in a times of emergency declaration?
Over 1800 attended church services yesterday. Where are you Jeff? You going to do something about this?

So any price gouging across the state is to be handled locally? That isn't what this AG office states. They say they want to be notified so they can put a stop to it.

Your attempt at asking gotcha' questions is weak.

How much is the church charging for an hour of Jesus?

what law or statute has the pastor broken?
I'm not defending him, but I keep seeing this same shite come up and I'm trying to figure out what the violation is.

Mandates are unenforceable

Especially when you have your eye on the Governors mansion in 2024, and you might lose those 1800+ votes.

It falls under the Louisiana Health Emergency Powers Act, La. R.S. 29:760
Legally gives the Governor the authority to make any and all decisions to protect the public from COVID-19. Example: declaring a ban on public gatherings during said emergency.

Both are covered under the Louisiana Health Emergency Powers Act, La. R.S. 29:760.
It's a matter of state law. Read it sometime.

That is completely and unequivocally not true and is typical of the hysteria surrounding this entire mess.
This is how it would go on FB.
1. The authority to make ANY AND ALL decisions to protect the public.
2. You mean he could quarantine and burn the bodies of all infected people?
3. The Governor is going to forcibly quarantine and burn alive all infected people!!! They are activating the National Guard!!!
What the Order ACTUALLY says is that he can make any and all decisions AUTHORIZED under present law. He can't just fricking make shite up and make it happen because he thinks its a good idea you moron.

I’m actually a little more pissed at the people that went.

Exactly, but I wouldn't put that on just one party. That's more of a politician thing. One side doesn't have "better" politicians than the other.
