America is a multicultural/racial basket and this should be fairly represented on television. It’s the right thing to do.
This woke pandering by corporations is actually racist as frick because it is bigotry of low expectations.
Soft Bigotry of Low Expectations: The practice of expecting less from members of a disadvantaged group and thus implicitly encouraging those people not to reach their full potential.
These corporations who saturate commercials with wildly disproportionate % of blacks obviously do not believe that they could achieve such representation by themselves, so have therefore decided to actively promote them over other qualified commercial actors, which has a doubly racist outcome of denying otherwise qualified people based on THEIR race.
It is one of the most deceptive and insidious forms of racism there is.

The companies and ad agencies overload their commercials with groups they feel need pity. Viewers notice, just as Madison Avenue planned and hoped, and it’s the viewers who are hung up on race? I don’t think so.
