It will stop when people/corporations quit knuckling under to them and actively resist them. Simply ignoring them is not enough.

Obviously the University president. That's the issue here. You can't control the bitching of every idiot, but a school should not tolerate this nonsense.
The school should've used this as a teaching moment to show these students that crying racism at every turn is the wrong path.

Will they ban clothes made of cotton? Will we no longer be able to buy cotton balls? Slaves didn't just work in cotton crops right? Tobacco and sugarcane as well? Hopefully they don't serve any food with sugar, that would be insulting.. Idiots.

My mom and her siblings picked plenty of cotton in Concordia parish. They loved to tell the story of the first motorized cotton picker in the parish and where it was first used in Scott near frogmore. If you're offended by cotton stop wearing it.
