Where did I say they were? I just don't automatically believe what LEO & media tell me to believe. Especially considering they have contridicted themselves by claiming they went there bc a deputy said he heard a gunshot & then later said they were there for a domestic violence investigation.
I'm guessing in the circus of dealing with him and the social media circus the events were misconstrued
I'm guessing the deputy was called to the house on a domestic abuse complaint and then heard what he thought was a gunshot. Backup arriving led the guy into barricading himself and caused the standoff.
That makes more sense.

Well it seems he’s the only one that’s lost credibility at this point. The cops are telling the truth and he has already conveniently left out significant events from his narrative and pushed the “red flag” narrative.
Very possible the guy is struggling with PTSD and really believed the govt was out to get him.
That's what is scary about people on social media sending him support and feeding into his possible paranoia.
That's one of the reasons I dont like Red Flag Laws...they dont address the root of the problem.

I like how you completely ignored the context that I posted that with and then act like it was so far fetched.
The only one that’s lied at this point is the dude
With your reasoning you probably think Jussie was actually assaulted and we shouldn’t beli what the police said happened.

That's precisely what I have been saying. I don't think this guy is perfect & we don't really know why all of this transpired but so many instantly believe LEOs version. I'm just saying that LEO has the power of the upper hand with a plethora of ways to justify their actions.

I never read what I thought was a contradiction. They reported that one officer went to the house in relation to the domestic issue. Upon what he thought was a gunshot he called for backup which turned into the standoff.
One other thing that was odd during his live streams he was wearing a plate carrier but still putting his body outside windows and walking out onto a deck.
While I absolutely could be wrong the smell of this is a guy that had some domestic issues that had become legal and did have a felony warrant. He simply was looking to portray himself as sympathetic and could have roped those people that showed up into firing on the police and losing their life/liberty and right to own firearms in the mistaken defense of some knucklhead liar.

Here is a question for you. If it was a red flag issue and NY has red flag laws why would they obfuscate that?

I hope he takes a few cops out if they force their way in.
Do you really mean this? I’m pretty sure the cops aren’t the ones who wrote the laws and the first ones to enter probably aren’t even the ones who give the orders. But you tell them internet hero! That will teach them and the families they leave behind for doing their jobs!

I didn't ignore shite & I didn't misrepresent anything you said. LEO hasn't been completely honest or consistent either. Were they there bc a deputy heard a gunshot? Or were they there for domestic violence?
Jussie defender? I'm not the one using classic Alinsky tactics by falsely associating a person with something negative in order to undermine anything they say.

It's not hard to believe they wouldn't backtrack to save face when they realize it's not looking good for them.

It's illegal to even possess "high capacity" magazines in NY state. There is no grandfather clause.

Doesn't matter... the law enforcers participate in persecution just as much (or more) as the lawmakers. They are hired henchmen storm troopers imposing POLITICAL WILL over others with pleasure.
Frick all Politicians, Cops, and their police State of over 500,000 rules, regulations, policies, ordinances, codes, etc. I hope everyone of them burn in Hell.
Land of the Free... my arse.

Was their any confirmation on if this guy was telling the truth or was the domestic violence thing correct? I'm just curious.

Dude was arraigned on multiple charges... LINK

Booth was wanted on a felony warrant issued by Thomas Jacobellis charging him with second-degree burglary, a felony, and several misdemeanors, including criminal trespass, criminal contempt, aggravated harassment and petit larceny. Booth is not facing any charges in relation to the standoff. His arraignment was held at Carmel Town Justice Court.

Don’t you think you’ve illustrated how oblivious you are enough in this thread?

Not at all, but I have come to think you are really naive.
