Yea, accountants don't care about this shite. If anything, they'll hate the fact that they will now need to rework all of their spreadsheets to account for all of the different pre-paid calculations when it's time to close and reconcile their year-end.

I haven't paid for a newspaper service in at least a decade. This sounds like the right time for most of you to turn these plebes off for good.
There's ways to create, cultivate and keep an audience. The Advocate doesn't seem interested in any of those things.

I'm old enough to remember when you could hide behind it. It's so tiny now. What's sad is how uncurrent the news is. I read the NY Times infrequently, but there is so much in there I miss online (in general, not their site).

You couldn't give me that liberal rag for free. I cancelled my subscription a few years ago and they called me for months offering discounted prices. It made me mad because I told them to quit calling but they just kept calling back. Only good for lighting my fireplace.

The Advocate can go F- themselves with this price increase. My 82 year old mother gets a paper. Sometimes the paper shows up. Sometimes it doesn’t. Don’t sell me this line about accounting practices. That’s BS.
