Adult onset swamp arse

Looking for recs. Im almost 50 and just within the past 2 summers I've become prone to swamp arse...I guess my old arse body chemistry changed. It occurs mostly on the outside of my upper thighs and waste area. I always gold bond up before a sweaty day and also use Tinactin/Lotrimin as needed. However, if I'm sweating all day like on Saturday these don't help much in prevention/relief.
Any of you baws got any other remedy's other than the above?

Under Armour or other similar underwear that dries quickly. Not that cotton garbage that stays wet all day.

Talk to your dermatologist. There are some compound creams that help. Kind of expensive, but works better than Gold Bond.

change your clothes often. If I am working outside sweating once i'm drenched to the core, i'm going change. I don't care if I have to change 12 times in a day. I haven't had an issue with this in a few years since I dropped 60 pounds but I still make it a habit not to stay in sweat soaked clothes for prolonged periods.
