Places to eat in Baton Rouge

I want to know if I am missing any place to eat that the wife and I can go eat with the following criteria:
Affordable (Under $50)
Good Food (Tasteful at least)
Service (Timely served)
Just want an affordable outing that does not break the bank and leaves you sad that you spent too much money and still left disappointed! Here is what I have found!
Hanna Q BBQ (Government)
Corks (Government)
Oriental Pearl (Sherwood)
Red Zeppelin (Perkins)
Cava (Towne Center)
Five Guys (Towne Center)
Goodwood Grill (Goodwood)
What am I missing?

I’ll forgive your ignorance on the matter!
I have been threatened numerous times by students and parents over 36 years of teaching. I have been threatened to be fired multiple times for having high standards and trying to discipline students. Threatened to be sued for breaking up fights or how we teach tackling and other job related responsibilities. Worrying about school mass shooting with metal detectors and cameras being installed. Stupid job evaluations and racial sensitivity trainings to add to it. Why not quit? It was my career that I invested 20+ years in and I needed to complete for retirement. So Yes “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”

Lack of Republican Unity Again!

Every Democrat stands in unity with their party! Even if it cost them the election they stick together! Here we are again with the House, Senate, Presidency, and the Supreme Court and who will stop the elected Trump agenda? Republicans! People this is absolutely the last chance we have to turn this s—t around. No more Trump. It might be over with the midterm elections? Let Trump make the mistakes. Don’t second guess and play arm chair quarterback! Without Trump we would not have the power and opportunity that we have right now!

I taught 36 years. The last 15 years were absolutely horrendous! I truly have PTSD. Bad dreams of out of control classrooms with no support. I have been retired for almost a year now. I want to work part time maybe in a better location? I probably will be a substitute at first to see how I respond back in the classroom and the situation. Now I just take each day slow and focus on healing my mental health and world view.

Menstrual Cycle is not abortion!
Miscarriage is not abortion!

July 20th 1864 my Great Great Grandfather was wounded at the Battle of Peachtree Creek exactly 100 years and 2 days before I was born 1964. He was a 1st Lt. 33rd Mississippi, Amite County. He lost two brothers in the war.
