Years ago I had to train a Senegal auditor about bank compliance audits; specifically fair lending compliance...he asked "What is wrong with these black Americans?" He bought a home less than a year after full citizenship. He thought the local NOLA blacks were stupid and ungrateful for all that the USA has granted them...I aint saying he's right but he was an unbiased observer..
