Drinking wine, taking a pill (probably some psychoactive pill where alcohol is expressed contraindicated while taking it), and she had a 4 year old with her.

Yeah she has a cane - maybe she used it as a weapon, but even still I don't see her being able to beat anyone up.
I wonder if she's on all sorts of medicine for MS and mixed it with booze or something.
