BR should’ve never been overlooked when assigning the national guard to places

But the BR administration and law enforcement remind us not to ‘profile’ or ‘pigeon hole’

And then stuff like what happens yesterday happens

This is the important part.

A lot of people don’t like him but will go for him if he backs up his talk.

100%. I haven’t been a fan of Landry in general, but his comments today are on point. If he can follow through and force some real change, he’s going to earn a ton of goodwill.

Would love to see it, but have my doubts.

Murphy Paul is as much responsible for this as anyone. He absolutely destroyed BRPD with his racial bullshite. May be burn in Hell.

Markel Lee, 17, was booked Friday on a count of first-degree murder, five counts of attemped first-degree murder and a count of illegal use of a weapon. Baton Rouge Police Chief TJ Morse said Lee turned himself in to authorities Friday.

Morse added that Lee has an extensive criminal history within the juvenile court system.

Shocking

Sid is trying to clean up Broom's mess still. He has a lot to fix and needs to be positive about his police department in the public sphere.

Broome and dipship Murphy Paul destroyed BRPD

This is classic good cop bad cop by Sid and Landry.

I’m in. Let them work on their own task and there will be a difference made

Now it’s quite obvious, Chief TJ Morse is a child and in way over his head. We can do better

St. George has a police department?

Has to at least have a police chief to be incorporated.

St. George Chief Todd Morris is extremely well respected and qualified. Just ask anyone who knows and they will say nothing but good things about him.

I believe I heard Landry say he would go to the Legislature (now in session) to get things rolling. I, too, was not a fan of him, but if he does what he says, I'll vote for him.

I'd like to know more about the suspect turning himself in. I don't feel like that's something you see often in these types of stories.

I would vote for him. This woke arse bullshite policies are why we are in this place. We so worried about their fee fees instead of the victims.
don’t discount the LBJ effect of subsidizing the life decisions and lifestyle that produces an overwhelming majority of kids like this.

We as a society should not continue to reward the least productive and responsible people in our country.

I get the impression they had enough on him, so he lawyered up, turned himself in and hasn't had much to say.

I will 100% vote for Landry again if he keeps spitting truths and puts an end to this shite
