doesnt seem to be much going on, fire trucks are headed back to their stations, cops are directing traffic...

I'm going to say this guy was pissed at one of his former co-workers and has taken that co-worker hostage. I don't think a mass shooting is what this guy had in mind at a Walmart in the middle of a work day.
