I guess we will find out if the concealed carry argument that a shooter will be stopped quickly with armed citizens holds any water. I can't think of a place more likely to be well armed than a Wal-Mart in Amarillo Texas. Here's hoping it is nipped in the bud and only the bad guy dies.
