At a hospital, there are a ton of possible variables. Disgruntled patient. Disgruntled employee. Disgruntled lover.

I live fairly close to the hospital, and was stuck in traffic right outside the gate about 20 minutes ago. Base security immediately raised up those underground hydraulic gate barricades on all but one lane, and M-16's and shotguns got handed out a couple minutes later. About 10 minutes later three SWAT vehicles came through. On a side note, wtf people, when emergency vehicles are trying to get through you need to get over, not just sit there sipping your fricking Starbucks.
