According to physicists: every proton, neutron, electron, & quark in universe is the same

Exactly the same. Yet here we are.
The unique electrical fields created by the unique gravitational force (aka “strong” force until very, very recently) of the proton/nucleus create all the hard surfaces and matter all around us.
We are nothing but elaborate electrical fields all with the same parts yet so different

The Pauli exclusion principle doesn’t allow any of them to occupy the same state. So, they’re really not the same.

If you don't want to go that far, there's quantum field theory, which successfully unifies the strong and weak interactions and electromagnetism into one unified force. It's gravity and general relativity that don't want to play nice yet.
