In general, the overwhelming number of "experts" aren't on the conspiracy train and have logical, rational, scientific explanations that make sense.

After the planes hit the buildings via a terrorist act by psychos, the government decided it needed to minimize collateral damage by contained blasts to bring the buildings straight down and minimize the destruction to the surrounding areas.

The one that makes the most sense to me is that our govt. knew about it and allowed it. I still don't believe it, but it's not something that can be proven or disproven, so therefore I can't really argue against it.

I think this is the part that I question the most when it comes to these theories. The "how" question, to me, is the most important one. It's just extremely unlikely that they could pull off such an extremely complex operation without being detected or revealed.
