All of those accessories can weigh a bike down. Bet they just got run down by some slave traders with lighter bikes.

Lol they’re still around today - they dont even speak Spanish - they’re don’t live in the major cities of Mexico & Guatemala but sometimes they do go sell their goods at the markets

Not surprising - Native Americans were also slave owners

Quite a large population in Belize as well. Our tour guide to Xunantunich and Cahal Pech was mayan, and still spoke the language. They're mostly in the very southern part of the country.

Interesting story but
What's the point of posting this?

Burn it. It’s a symbol of slavery and is offensive.

Alien technology is crazy. Who knew they had Freemium games back then

I forgot about Belize
In Mexico a lot live in the Yucatan and of course in the southern most part.
In Guatemala they’re technically everywhere but mostly in the mountains - and are actually still very tribal

Does not count because the slave owners weren’t white.

Ya, our guide said the same about the mayans living in Belize. They pretty much stick to themselves. He was kind of an outlier in that he left his family to strike out on his own. Learned English and Spanish along the way, as he grew up only speaking their local dialect of Mayan.

No, no.
No lives matter unless black lives matter FIRST.

American slave ships weren’t owned and operated by your European white Christian Americans........
