There’s always an a-hole who wants to save a whopping .2 seconds on their trip by not letting you merge
Which then jams up the right lane, causing the right lane to backup and come to a stop. People on the right start jumping into traffic which then causes the left lane to come to a stop. And now we're all backed up making the traffic 10 times worse.

bullshite, I shoot the gap when there’s an opening.

Preach King!
Mother fricker did you not learn lines or waiting your turn in grade school?

But still behind me because I never let you over, so I don’t care

People who prematurely line up in the open lane are the same people who drive with hazards on in the rain.

Go ahead and explain the difference between merging and yielding. ..

Right Lane closed: 1 mile
Right lane closed: 1/2 mile
Right lane closed: 1000 feet
We approach the right lane closure, I am in the left, and have been for some time and I’m supposed to just let the people over who purposefully ignored the sign. frick all that.
When you see the sign, “Right Lane Closed 1 Mile” fricking move your arse over to the left lane as soon as possible. Don’t fricking stay in the right lane so you can go to the front of the line and try to cut in front of everyone. frick you.

I think of this every time I merge onto 45 north from 288.
Posted on 3/24/23 at 9:16 am to Richard Grayson
A reminder that I am not going to be the only one doing that shite and my zipper hole being the whore of the interstate letting everyone in.

So everyone should willingly sit in a mile long line for...reasons? With an open lane next to them?

quote:frick you. Take 100 highly trained drivers and give them a zipper merge scenario and they could barely make it work without a major slowdown in traffic.
Yes, because you and those like you are the reason the right lane moves faster. If everyone would use the zipper merge correctly, both lanes should move at the same pace.
Now apply that same scenario to 100 of the average retards on the highway. IT DOESN’T frickING WORK!
This is a typical example of theory versus reality.

What????? Next thing you will want is for people to use blinkers. If you don't let someone in you can get home 0.25 Seconds early
Posted on 3/24/23 at 9:20 am to Ingeniero
The only reason there’s a mile long line is zipper assholes making a choke point.
That’s the truth.
That’s the truth.

Think about how fast the left lane would go if they didn’t let anyone from the right lane in. I’m a left lane kind of guy.

quote:Oh frick you.
If you're merging a mile early, you're an idiot.
If everyone merged into the open lane early, there would be minimal slowing of traffic.
It’s assholes like you that drive in the closed lane until the end and then have to cut people off so you can merge. DIAF.

Post your face when you realize what you described is just moving the merge (conflict point) to the "lane closed 1 mile ahead" sign instead of the barricade

quote:No dumbass, you simply change lanes and keep trucking. In normal traffic, it’s not difficult to go from the right lane to the left lane without slowing down. Especially if you have a mile or more to do it.
So everyone should willingly sit in a mile long line for...reasons? With an open lane next to them?

quote:You must be one of the retards that believes Socialism works and just hasn’t been correctly implemented. Dumbass.
Correct. The people moving forward in the open lane are trying to reduce traffic. The fricktards slowing down and merging early and the fricktards closing the gap so people don’t “cut” are causing all the problems.
